Who we are

This site is operated by Nautilus Capital Group LLC, which trades as Nautilus Capital Management ("we", "us"). The only way to contact us is the introduction form on our home page.

What we collect

When you submit an introduction, we receive what you type into the form:

your name and email address
the name of the person who introduced you
your organisation, if you give it
your message

We also receive basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, to keep the site secure and to tell people from automated software. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

We use your submission to read your note, decide whether to reply, and reply to you. We use technical data to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing.

Who sees it

Your note is read by our team. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and receive your submission, or where the law requires it. Those providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep a submission for as long as we need it to consider and respond to it, and for reasonable record keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The security check on the form may use limited technical storage in your browser to confirm that you are a person. It is not used for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Send us a note through the introduction form on our home page, say that it concerns your information, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where those rules apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and in keeping the site secure.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
